of
Texas
as
a
registered
Certifying
Entity
by
the
Texas
Department
of
State
Health
Services.
We
administer
certifying
examinations
to
member
and
non‐members
throughout
the
state
of
Texas.
Examinations
are
preceded
by
a
three‐hour
optional
review
course.
Robert
E.
Logue, the
President
of
the TLI‐ALP,
and
who

over seen
nearly
100,000
laser
hair
removal
treatments,
teaches
the
review
course.
He
is
an
active
member
of
the
Texas
Bar
Association
and
enjoys
helping
colleagues
within
the
practice
of
laser
hair
removal
navigate
the
new
rules
and
regulations
overseeing
laser
hair
removal
providers
under
Rule
302.
Robert
earned
his
undergraduate
degree
in
economics
from
the
University
of
North
Carolina
at
Chapel
Hill
and
his
law
degree
from
Washington &
Lee
University.
Candidate Requirements
Candidates seeking certification as Professional Laser Hair Removal Technician by
the state of Texas must be able to demonstrate that they have performed at least
100 procedures as well as have supervised 100 procedures as audited by a
Professional Laser Hair Removal Technician.
